Welcome to the NPEL website

The Nottingham Park Estate Limited (NPEL) was formed in 1985, essentially to “maintain” and “improve” the Nottingham Park Estate for members and residents.  The NPEL operates on a restricted set of powers and objectives, that can be understood by reading the “Memorandum and Articles of Association of NPEL” that includes the NPEL objectives, as incorporated under the 1985 Companies Act.  In an Act of Parliament in 1990, arrangements were made on how the NPEL would generate its income to be able to perform the company objectives and this Act also provides the NPEL with its legal powers to execute the NPEL objectives.

Click here to register on the website By registering on this website you can participate in The Park Neighbourhood Watch.  You will be able to report intelligence on crime and anti-social behavior that you see or hear within The Park.  In association with the Local Police and the City Council, the NPEL can then look at the quality of life within The Park and use the intelligence to take appropriate action where necessary.

Crime does not flourish in a community that cares

"The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don`t do anything about it..."   Albert Einstein

A Neighbourhood Watch can be an excellent way of not only co-ordinating activity around the reduction of crime and fear of crime, but also be a fantastic tool in generating community cohesion and spirit and tackling anti-social behavior. Getting to know a few neighbours, sharing information and experiences and generally keeping a look out for one another need not be onerous or time consuming, but does help develop trust and re-assurance and will help improve the quality of life within The Park.

So, welcome to 'our' website, which we hope you will all use to become involved in The Park Neighbourhood Watch.

Together, let's keep The Park a great place to live!
