The “Memorandum and Articles of Association of NPEL” sets out the NPEL's objectives to 'maintain' and 'improve' and was incorporated on the 1st October 1985 under the Companies Act.  It was further amended by Special Resolution in 1992.  A copy can be ordered from Companies House by following this link.

The "Nottingham Park Estate Act 1990" provides the NPEL its revenue generation powers and is an Act of Parliament.  Copies of The Act are available from the Estate Office at a cost of £3.30 each.  A copy of the Act is also held at Nottingham Central Library on Angel Row, in the Local Studies Library.  It is also now available from the following website http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/localact1990/pdf/ukla_19900014_en.pdf

These are very important documents that set out the objective of the Company and give the Company the legal powers it has.
