Application Forms

There are 3 applications that can be made to the NPEL:

• A residents car parking permit badge to display in car windscreens.
• A residents ‘Norpass’ to operate the ‘rising bollard’ on Peveril Dive (at the Castle Boulevard Entrance).  Residents must pay a fee to receive a 'Norpass'.
• Membership of the Company, which we encourage all residents and owners to do (subject to meeting the criteria laid out in the Company articles).  Members have the right to vote on Company matters and it also allows them to stand for election to the Board of Directors.

To assist controlling the issue of these applications to residents only, these application forms are available by either an email, letter or telephone request to the Park Estate Office.  Requests made in this manner will have an application form hand delivered to the address requesting and will require returned applications to send proof of residency and identity along with the application.

Alternatively, you can apply in person at the Park Estate Office, bringing proof of residency and identity with you.  The Office Opening Hours are Monday, Wednedsay and Friday 10am to 1pm or by appointment only Tuesday and Friday.

Unfortunately, as parking near Nottingham City centre is highly valued, inappropriate requests for parking permits and a 'Norpass' are common, which is the reason why we require resident's applications to be handled in this manner.
